       Successfully integrated the erstwhile fragmented sourcing form various channel into this office.
       Set up the SOP’s for the most efficient sourcing unit, for product development, production, testing, inspections.
       Setting the yearly budgets and goals for the sourcing business.
       Improved the overall on time shipping from 40% plus to over 90% plus, by implementing a robust weekly production and shipment tracker.
       Reduced quality claims and charge backs from 19% to less than 3%, by implementing a strict quality Assurance protocol.
       Currently working on implementing a COP Audit and Technical Audit programs, both meant for improvements and deriving the best quality and the most efficient manufacturing at our vendor partners.
       Developed a software for Merchandising, key factor being the total transparency achieved in all facets of the operations.
       Improved Margins for the buying team by over 5% on first cost.
       Reduced production and shipping lead times, from an average of 120 days to between 90 – 100 days.
