I have extensively worked with Mother Terressa Asharm who works for the dying destitute for their Airoli Navi Mumbai Ashram. I have also taught poor slum children in the pavement school in Mumbai. I have also worked with the schools for construction worker's children at the construction sites.

I have worked for the Help A Child for an education project. Engaged employees across organizations, trained CSR Champions, and generated funds. Also actively worked with Ketto India's number one crowdfunding NGO who help various beneficiaries and generated funds for the Help A Child Project.

I organised and participated run for CSR in Corporate Personnel. I was winner in this running competition, won cash award and donated that amount back to society for social services

I am an advisor and policy maker to the Central Board for Workers Education, the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment. In addition to advising on various matters of unorganized and organized workers, I have been a worker teacher on the central board for workers' education. I have closely worked with Former Regional Director CBWE, GOI, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Shri Siddharth P More on various training programs.

As a member of the South Asia Advisory Board of Carlton Advance Management Institute (CAMI), I am being invited to be part of important decision-making in the Board of Directors Meetings as and when needed. The objective of this Board of Studies is to discuss the syllabus, contents, and pedagogy of the Human Resources Course Curriculum.
