"You are encouraging what you tolerate. While they say the customer is God, this doesn't apply if the customer behaves poorly. Respect has to be earned, not begged for. There have to be boundaries in every relationship. Your team represents your organization. You have to stand up for your team & their moral.It's not a one-way street; it's a give and take. Both parties need to be respectful towards each other. You don't need to react in the same way as your client. Evaluate if your clients behaviour is a response to disrespect from your team. If so correct your team in private, if not, let your integrity & values help you respond firmly and convey the message of intolerance to such behavior in a respectful manner.

I concur with the viewpoint expressed above. I would like to add that critical thinking cannot be taught, but examples can inspire it. You can promote critical thinking by organising group discussions and offering examples of challenging situations that necessitate critical thinking to solve. This should be done by splitting the group in smaller teams for each Team to Brain strom & come up with their answers with collaborative efforts. Seeking opinions from the team can also assist in bonding & developing, making critical thinking a habit. Sharing your perspective and approach to resolving issues or making decisions based on critical thinking can also be beneficial.

I agree with the above views To commit to an accurate deadline, it's best to start by working backwards. Instead of solely focusing on the end result, begin by breaking down the task into smaller, manageable parts. Identify the gaps that can be reduced by dividing quick and easy tasks from the time-consuming and challenging ones. Don't assume, go down to the floor to the team involve them in making a strategy of meeting the said sharp deadline...their hands on experience can inspire innovative ways to reduced the turn around time. Allocate your resources to handle the complete and determine which aspects can be delegated or outsourced to save time and money. Allow for some extra time to manage any unexpected delays that may arise.

The key to enhancing charisma in others is to raise awareness that Leadership is not just a position, designation, or crown to be possessed or feared, but a humble responsibility to achieve a greater good through the unified efforts of their team. To accomplish this, they must first build trust. It's important to understand that trust cannot be injected; it must be built. They must also be selfless, focused, goal-centric, positive, empathetic, and empowering. Sharing your example and that of many successful leaders can provide them with more clarity and inspiration. Additionally, they need to be made aware of the instant positivity they can create with a smiling face, as it transcends language barriers and adds value to their personality.
