  • Renewal Management

    - Present

    Renewal Management is a program started by Kunal and Myself to enable sales do effective and planned Renewals. We have developed a tool which helps the sales and services stakeholders to make informed decision around contract renewals. Some key insights in this report include contract analysis, competitive analysis and opportunity analysis.

    Renewal Management is a program started by Kunal and Myself to enable sales do effective and planned Renewals. We have developed a tool which helps the sales and services stakeholders to make informed decision around contract renewals. Some key insights in this report include contract analysis, competitive analysis and opportunity analysis.

    We started off by implementing this EMEA by working very closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams. In the Phase 2 of this program we will be implementing this program for Americas.

    Till date this tool has helped in 100% contract renewals and best results have been up to 65% growth in monthly recurring revenue.

    As a Product Line Expert (PLE)
    1. I act as a point of contact for product expertise required to tackle day to day tactical work.
    2. Work with an extended team of PLE's based out of different geographies to plan training's and knowledge transfer.
    3. Participate on product development calls with various cross functional teams.

  • Post Implementation Health Check (PIHC) - EMEA

    Post Implementation Health Check initiative is one of its kind project implemented in Akamai Technologies to gauge the customer health and satisfaction levels for all customers based out of Central Europe and Benelux region

    Value Confirmation Reports was a pilot project initiated for the Web Performance customer base in APJ and EMEA. This report was introduced to help the sales representatives confirm Akamai value to our customers.

    After piloting this project in the APJ region I have handed over my responsibilities to a dedicated team who works on these reports.
