Your team is divided on organizational change. How can you bridge the gap between differing perspectives?
Organisational change will always be aimed toward some betterment. There would always be some in the team with different perspectives. However the team leader should always ensure to make them all look at the larger picture of the organisation and adjust their perspectives towards the betterment desired. There is no single and direct remedy to it. Leaders would have to try their time tested methods to resolve it.

Facing rapid market changes in manufacturing operations, how can you uphold quality control standards?
Customer expectations on quality from suppliers are purely technical and tangible. Sellers of such products should always ensure to upgrade their manufacturing operations capabilities (staff, equipment & machines) to fall in line with the rapid market changes and uphold the quality assurance (& not control) standards.
