What do you do if your IT Strategy team is not aligned with the company's goals?
It's time to reassess IT Strategy organisation/team holistically whether the team has diverse thought leaders who have the right exposure, experience and outside in approach. Once you have the right team in place, run deep dive session to interpret and understand the organisation goals and objectives in detail and try to come top 5 items that significantly contributes to the success of the organisation. This should be iterative process where you periodically review the progress that you are making and adjust as organisations makes changes to the goals based on external conditions.
