In addition to his regular support responsibilities,he took an initiative and implemented process improvements for batch processing of Ilite-Marker Pricing(EV-GV),PTS Application. This helps CS team to reduce total number of tickets,reduce risk in the environment,provides improved monitoring to help support activities.At various occasions,he demonstrated to work under pressure and consistently deliver excellent services to all IM Common Services Customers.

Suvajit has been able to pick-up critical application support areas quickly in JPMC IM Common Services Operate and has proved his capability to handle shifts single handedly. He also has actively participated in client initiated planned work like Network Migrations and executed the work successfully.
Suvajit’s enthusiasm and passion for ownership of issues are exemplary to all newcomers in this complex project environment.
