I agree that the digital world moves too fast. However, it is challenging to iterate a well-planned content strategy formulated months back within a few minutes just by analyzing audience preference data. So, instead of changing the entire content format, I could tweak my approach towards creating the same content format. For instance, if my brand creates animated videos, I would now start making live videos if my audience needs a change. It would be much more practical instead of cancelling video creation and doing something else suddenly.

Only a C (Calendar) can help you achieve another C (Consistency). Most of the time, I see brands struggle with preplanning their video content. In turn, it cannot drive traffic because of unwanted breaks in content publishing. Instead, having a content calendar with at least four to five video content in the pipeline will make work easy and effective. Also, it will ensure that you are creating, publishing, and analyzing video content consistently and on time.

I inspire fellow writers to use informational keywords to a greater extent. Not only do they look organic, but a writer can infuse them in any sentence naturally. Additionally, relevant informational keywords to the topic sometimes have a huge search volume. So, it helps the SEO team to improve ranking.

I have been using Quillbot for a while now to edit and proofread my content. To my surprise, a few of the suggestions that the tool shows are more relevant and reliable than Grammarly. Of course, many suggestions contradict both tools, but that's where you have to push in your "writer's soul" and figure out which one's the correct of all!

By keeping in mind the structure of the content, you can always win at balancing SEO and creativity. I usually, aim for headings (H1, H2, H3, and H4) to insert keywords while keeping all the creative aspects in the body content. I feel adding a real-life story or incident can make any content 10 times more readable. In many blogs and guest posts I try to incorporate a real-life experience interestingly and transparently as if it were the life experience of my readers. The more the readers feel connected to the content, the more readable it will become.
