This project will introduce a new creative concept to attract Millennials to Trafalgar’s guided travel service via a campaign that is based on social and digital media. The project is based on extensive market research and will begin with a discussion of the background of the travel industry, including growth and market trends, followed by a snapshot of the Trafalgar brand as it is currently positioned in this industry. This will be followed by a brief competitive review of major players in the travel, tour, and cruise industries. A target market analysis will highlight research data on Millennials, present a user profile, and discuss other information relevant to this segment. The project will then define the advertising objectives for the new concept based the background information and target segment that has been identified. Once the strategic objectives have been laid out, a strategy to position Trafalgar as the premier experiential guided travel service provider for Millennials through the Blend In! campaign will be presented along with the suggested execution for this campaign. • The developed model analyzed the difficulties in order picking and replenishment processes and the impact of labor allocation on the system performance
• Proposed different layouts for the conveyor. The proposed layouts were applauded by Managing Partner and one trial conveyor was implemented
