Public Relations is all about connecting with Individuals who are bound by one basic fiber which is EMOTIONS, hence it is imperative that while we look at creating a PR strategy we must base it on individuals' emotions and their experiences as it is the easiest form of relatability and helps in the Brand being able to connect with the Target Audience and create the impact and ensuring trust and faith by the audiences towards the brand and their products. Quintessentially one must always leverage the fact that Relations and Relationships create and build Business and not Business that brings in or attracts Business. So it's best to focus on the EQ and the rest will fall in place naturally. Simplicity and Genuity always rule the roots.

The approach can be unified by : Collaborative Goal Setting: Involve your team in the goal-setting process to leverage their diverse skills and perspectives. Prioritization: Rank goals based on impact & feasibility. Address conflicting priorities by discussing trade-offs & deciding which goals will have the most significant positive impact Clear Communication: Ensure everyone understands the goals, how to achieve them, and how success will be measured. Flexibility & Adaptability: Recognize that priorities may shift due to external factors or new opportunities. Monitoring & Feedback: Establish a system for monitoring progress and providing feedback. Regular check-ins allow you to course-correct if necessary and keep the team motivated

How can you prepare your team to handle sensitive diversity and inclusion topics during client interactions?
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, and INCLUSION can be a natural way of life when all of us continue to invest our energies and remain dedicated to creating Awareness and Advocacy about marginalized communities not limiting to the LGBTQIA+ and the Specially Abled (DIVYANGJAN), but appreciating, understanding and respecting each individual and creating an ALL INCLUSIVE SAFE SPACE for ALL. Every organization must include a sensitization program as part of the orientation program during the recruitment and onboarding phase of their Team members to ensure Acceptance of ALL.
