Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop and execute creative strategies and visual concepts.
Design new creatives for various 360 mediums including social media content, print materials, OOH advertising, packaging, merchandise, and websites.
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand’s design strategies innovative and competitive.
Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Craft Key Visuals and design concepts for campaigns and product launch. Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet project goals
Role Expectations
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for social media, print, OOH, packaging, merchandise, and websites.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
