What time do you normally eat brunch?
This is a personal preference, but I like to eat brunch in the sweet spot in between breakfast and lunch. This usually ends up being between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
I have heard of other people eating brunch between 9 a.m. and Noon.

What types of recipes are served at brunch time?
Brunch is usually served with a combination of bread-based breakfast items and lighter lunch fares. This includes a mixture of pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, and homemade jams. Almost every brunch you attend will serve some kind of sweet, an egg-based item, and if you’re really lucky…cocktails.
Is it easy to double or triple a recipe if hosting a group brunch?
Yes, it is really easy to double or triple a recipe if you need to feed a crowd. If you hover your mouse over the servings number in the printable recipe card for each recipe, you can adjust it to your crowd size. You don’t even have to do math because the recipe card automatically changes.
