I was looking for a way to use up my leftover candy canes and this is just perfect! Can’t wait to try them!
I’ve made Oreo truffles before with cream cheese. Thought this sounded like a nice variation, but after refrigerating for 15 minutes the chocolate from the melting wafers hardened up and I had a terrible time forming the balls. Once finished they had a grainy texture that the cream cheese truffles don’t. I may try to combine the two recipes and see what happens.
