Identified - We are currently aware of an issue with AFFIRM transmissions of wet-signed attachments from LPL to its carriers. We have identified and fixed the underlying problem and new orders are transmitting correctly. We are in the process of identifying, queuing and retransmitting any orders that may have been impacted. Progress updates will be provided as we reach significant milestones.

Monitoring - The data reload is continuing through the day (Fri 16-Aug). The technical team is targeting to have the system caught up for the start of business on Monday.

Identified - An issue has been identified with Insuresight reporting that has required a full reload of data to be executed in the system for a subset of reporting offerings. The issue impacts the following offerings:

Carrier Quote Premium
LifePipe BGA Premium
LifePipe BGA Standard

While reports are currently available for these impacted offerings the data in the database is only current through the morning of 15-Aug. Only the report offerings listed above are impacted, all other reporting is unaffected by this data reload.

It is anticipated that the data reload and required post load processing for the impacted offerings will run into Mon 19-Aug. Technical teams remain engaged monitoring the status of the reload.
