have been working in the confectionery industry for more than 15 years, and I have experience working in companies such as Sun Son, Senator and Norris Bakery. At first, I was responsible for making puffy and layered sweets, but for about 10 years, I have specialized in making birthday cakes and various types of parties. Also, sweets and desserts that are made on the basis of cream, of course, with decorations such as fondant and chocolate forms, etc.
