In my capacity as a financial and economic advisor, I am responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial management, such as financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and management accounting. I assess the financial status of the organization, understand its financial goals, and develop tailored financial plans to achieve those goals. Additionally, I analyze financial data, provide insights and recommendations to the board of directors, and support the implementation of effective financial strategies.

Furthermore, I am actively involved in managing relationships with other members of the board of directors and provide expert advice on financial matters during board meetings. I work closely with the CEO and other executives to identify opportunities for reducing costs, optimizing expenses, and maximizing returns on financial assets. The plant is the largest national industrial site in the field of human medicine production equipped with the state of the art technology production lines and distinct set of modern laboratory equipment and well-trained personnel and specialists. The factory currently produces more than 200 pharmaceutics in various dosages and administration forms ready for the consumer market.

The company products include pharmaceutical finished forms in various forms; tablets, capsules, ampoules, cartridges, syrups and powder for oral suspension and injectable vials.
