This public acknowledgment serves to honor and respect Indigenous peoples and their land on which our campus resides. UC San Diego was built upon the territory of the Kumeyaay Nation. From time immemorial, the Kumeyaay people have been a part of this land. Today, the Kumeyaay people continue to maintain their political sovereignty and cultural traditions as vital members of the San Diego community.

ASIAN PACIFIC ISLANDER MIDDLE EASTERN DESI AMERICAN PROGRAMS AND SERVICES APIMEDA.UCSD.EDU

APIMEDA Programs and Services provides resources, events, and support for UC San Diego’s diverse APIMEDA student population. Their events include the Ask APIMEDA Series, APIMEDA Community and Coalition Conference, and more.

BLACK RESOURCE CENTER BRC.UCSD.EDU

The BRC serves all students while emphasizing the Black experience. Their signature support programs include several Black Collectives, the BRC Internship Program, a Peer Guidance Program, and more

CROSS CULTURAL CENTER CCC.UCSD.EDU

The CCC provides a place of belonging and validation for underrepresented and underserved students, staff, and faculty. The center offers training and workshops, internship and affiliate programs, and an ArtSpace for students to showcase their artistic works.

INTERTRIBAL RESOURCE CENTER ITRC.UCSD.EDU

The ITRC is dedicated to creating a welcoming space on campus and a supportive community for Native American students, faculty, and staff by offering academic support, cultural awareness programs and social activities. The annual UC San Diego Powwow celebrates Native American heritage and helps educate our campus community about Native cultures.

LGBT RESOURCE CENTER LGBT.UCSD.EDU

The LGBT Resource Center is a diverse and inclusive public space for all members of the campus community to explore issues relating to sexual and gender identities, practices, and politics. The center hosts events throughout the academic year and participates in annual local events, like the San Diego Pride Parade.

RAZA RESOURCE CENTRO RAZA.UCSD.EDU

The Raza Resource Centro is a space for all to converse and connect around intersectional Chicanx/Latinx identities, Latinidad, and cultura. Comunidad is cultivated through murals, a vibrant community space, internship opportunities, annual events, and more

STUDENT VETERANS RESOURCE CENTER SVRC.UCSD.EDU

The SVRC is committed to ensuring military-connected students have resources to aid in their transition from the military environment to campus life. The center serves student veterans, military service members, their family members, and ROTC.

WOMEN’S CENTER WOMEN.UCSD.EDU

The Women’s Center serves as a resource for the entire campus community while focusing on the experiences of diverse women. The center provides education and support regarding gender issues, hosts fun and educational events, and offers a library of feminist literature.

With more than 600 student organizations, 24 fraternities, 21 sororities, 16 cultural-based organizations, and 2 historically Black sororities, Tritons can make new friends and get involved on campus doing what they love.
