📣 We are thrilled to announce the success of our very first edition of the Ducati Summer Camp, an exclusive family-oriented initiative dedicated to the children of our Ducati employees. From July 8 to 12, children born between 2012 and 2017 embarked on a week of fun, friendship and learning at the Villa Pallavicini Sports Center, chosen for its proximity to our Company. Our team of educators from CUSB (Centro Universitario Sportivo of Bologna), all with degrees in Exercise Science and Educational Science, guided the children through a variety of activities, including team sports like football, volleyball, basketball, frisbee, field hockey, and handball, as well as individual sports such as athletics, rollerblading, and martial arts. 🏀⚽🏐 🥋 We also offered sports - games and physical activities conducted in English, to enhance both physical and linguistic skills. 🗣️ Our program also included “Happy Time”, focusing on team games that promote inclusion and fair play, and “Relax Time”, allowing children to enjoy free play with board games and small gym equipment. 🎲🧩 “I’m so happy to share the satisfaction for our first Ducati Summer Camp dedicated to the employees’ children!" – confirms Raffaella Ponticelli, Human Resources Director of Ducati Motor Holding. "This project reflects our constant commitment to nurturing the Ducati Family spirit and providing concrete support for parenting. It is a meaningful experience for creating lasting memories and strengthening bonds within our corporate community.” The agenda was designed to enhance physical skills and enrich social experiences, with a specific focus on self-awareness and respect for others. This new family-friendly adventure truly embodies the Ducati spirit, fostering joy and a sense of community among our youngest enthusiasts. Ducati: Striving for Diversity and Inclusion in the Automotive World We were honored to represent Ducati at the “Diversity and Inclusion” Round Table at Tecnopolo di Modena, the closing event of the Motorvehicle University of Emilia Romagna (MUNER) Women in Transport Summer School. This initiative welcomed 20 global engineering students, aiming to inspire young women in STEM and challenge gender stereotypes. The round table discussions, led by HR professionals and female professionals in technical roles, encouraged students to explore STEM fields, with a focus on the automotive industry. At Ducati, we believe in the power of every voice and respect every opinion. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel integral to our corporate community. Our collaboration with MUNER allows us to work closely with universities, discovering new talent for our present and future. It’s inspiring to see an increasing number of talented women joining our sector and sharing our passion. A Milestone Visit to Ducati by G7 Science and Technology Ministers Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting the G7 Science and Technology Ministers at our Ducati factory in Borgo Panigale. This visit was part of their ministerial meeting program dedicated to Science and Technology, and we were chosen as a stage in the discovery of Italian technological excellence. The delegation, chaired by the Minister of University and Research, Anna Maria Bernini, was welcomed by our Ducati managers. They visited the Ducati Museum, the heart of our company and custodian of our almost centenary history. They also got a glimpse into our Centro Stile, where our motorcycles transform from an idea into true works of art. Our CEO, Claudio Domenicali, expressed his pride and honor in receiving the G7 delegation. He said, “Receiving the G7 delegation for Science and Technology as the only company in the entire Region is a great honor and makes us truly proud. This visit repays Ducati's commitment to promoting technological excellence and Italian identity through its research and development work and its motorcycles.
