Founded in Monestier de Clermont, Grenoble, France, in 1952, Moncler is now based in Italy. Over the course of the years the brand has teamed style with ongoing technological research which harnesses the knowledge of mountaineering experts. Moncler collections combine extreme needs with day-to-day city life. In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company of which he is now Chairman and CEO. Moncler directly produces and distributes it's own clothing and accessories collections, through its direct boutiques and the world’s most exclusive department and multibrand stores.

    Our 5 sustainability pillars guide and inspire us every day.    'Give Back' is the pillar dedicated to initiatives supporting local communities and protecting the most vulnerable people by donating time and value. Over seven years, we have provided warmth to around 140,000 people from the cold, in 2023 we donated over 2,000 working hours to volunteering efforts.     MONCLER GROUP H1 2024 REVENUES UP 11% cFX TO OVER 1.2 BILLION EUROS H1 2024 EBIT REACHES 259 MILLION EUROS Remo Ruffini, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moncler S.p.A., commented:  "We are very pleased with the solid set of results we delivered in the first half of the year amid a generally complex operating environment for the luxury goods sector. Both our brands enjoyed strong growth in the DTC channel across all regions and the Group reached a notable operating profit, exceeding 250 million euros. The global macroeconomic context is highly volatile and unpredictable, and industry trends are seeing a continued normalisation. This requires us to maintain a vigilant mindset, focusing on our operational flexibility and responsiveness. This week, we welcomed members of the eMpower community from Moncler and Stone Island to a dedicated group session to experience the program’s three pillars. By supporting, coaching and inspiring new members of our community, we build confidence, strong relationships and equip the next generation with the necessary skills to succeed in their Moncler Group careers.
