The MAAL-010528 from MACOM is a high-performance X-band GaAs low noise amplifier that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It provides a nominal gain of 20 dB with excellent gain flatness, OIP3 linearity of +26 dBm, and a noise figure of 1.6 dB at 10 GHz. The part features a self-bias architecture that requires only a single, positive supply.
