My mission is to contribute to the revenue and EBITDA growth of Brunello Cucinelli, a global leader in luxury lifestyle products, by creating and implementing comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, and operational policies for the licences. I also coordinate the company's actions and investments in the kidswear and footwear business (Shoes account only). I am passionate about building trust and esteem in the workplace, and leading people to achieve challenging goals. I have a proven ability to deliver optimal results in different industries and cultural environments, thanks to my communication skills, curiosity, and agility.
