I’m an expert on Project Management in a global leader Energy Company. My career started on 1998 as a project engineer and I’ve held positions in different companies in engineering and construction sector as Project Control, Proposal Engineer, Contract & Risk Manager, Project Engineer, Project Management team. My experience was consolidated in Project Management and Control, knowledge of main analysis and reporting tools and of Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Deep knowledge and interested in Project Management, Project Control, Cashflow, Risk Management, Energy Transition and Manage of Complex Projects in difficult contexts, Project Evaluation and Value Engineering (skills developed during the study of Master of Business Administration (MBA) to improve the comprehension of the technical project with the economic and financial skills), Project Financing and PPP and in Energy sector. I’m involved in AGILE & SCRUM approach for new business model in Energy Transition.
Business Improvement is my goal. Recently I’ve completed an EXECUTIVE MASTER IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION because the INNOVATION & TRASFORMATION with processes is my high interest. I’ve active on Sustainability Strategies and Climate Change for Net Zero.
