I am a natural leader, intuitive and with strong problem-solving skills, with proven and certified expertise in financial and organizational management of complex projects and company structures.
Throughout my career, I have applied both traditional methodologies and adopted and managed agile methodologies, leveraging my solid and certified knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, as well as DevOps methodologies.
My deep understanding of the context allows me to successfully present projects and solutions to C-Level managers.
I can boast experiences and references in creating innovative services for utilities, solutions for CER and AUC, end-to-end IoT solutions, as well as migration projects from legacy CRM to Salesforce and subsequent customization. I have multi-year experience in managing SaaS products and solutions, both for utilities and telco & media companies. My Cloud and Salesforce skills are certified.
