I'm a 29 years old enthusiastic guy, Credit Business Partner and EMBA candidate.

I studied Economics in Naples, Management and in Lugano and Human Resources Management in Rome.
I worked in CNH Industrial (Turin) as HR Business Support, in Hilti (Siena) as Account Manager during my Graduate Program first step.
Now, I live in Rome, and I'm a Credit Business Partner in Finance Department. I'm attending an EMBA in Milan.
Thanks to these experiences I had the opportunity to get in touch with several kind of people and cultures.
I want to learn and I want to change to improve myself.

    Not only an academic experience.
    I had the possibility to know and explore several kind of cultures and integrate/collaborate with them.
    I wrote a Thesis in Public Management and policy, studying the Governmental Agencies processes. This thesis gave me the chance to compare the private sector and the public sector under several point of views (for instance HR).

    I wrote a thesis in Company's Organization highlighting the subject of Motivation at work.
    With this thesis I had the possibility to analyze the Electrolux S.P.A. case.

    Thanks to this thesis I discovered the Human Resources world.
