I have been working in the IT industry for over two decades, specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, IT service delivery, and operational management. As a Group Solutions Manager at Sys-Dat Group, a leading IT company that provides innovative products and services to local SMEs and multinationals, I oversee the development of customer-focused solutions that are cost-effective and efficient.
