As the Founder and CEO of Kiliagon, I lead a team of Amazon marketing specialists who help brands optimize their e-commerce performance and advertising strategy. Kiliagon is an Amazon Ads Advanced Partner and part of the Labelium Group, a global digital marketing agency that acquired 60% of my previous company, Xingu, in 2021.
With over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing and advertising industry, I have a deep knowledge of marketing, e-commerce, martech, adtech, digital strategy, and big data. I am also a seed investor and venture builder, supporting startups in the digital marketing industry, such as Hypercast and COSMIC. In addition, I am a lecturer, books contributor, and podcast host, sharing my insights and learnings about e-commerce, Amazon, and media strategy. I am passionate about scaling up Kiliagon and creating value for my clients, partners, and investors. In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar and spending time with my Jack Russell, Prime.

Here's how you can identify when it's time to delegate tasks in an advertising role.
It's mainly a matter of efficiency: results in digital media management is all about skills , processes, tools and time allocation. As soon as the budget invested is relevant, it makes sense to delegate to someone who has the skills to maximise the ROI and can offer benchmarks, forecasts and strategic support. Ex. Spending 100k budget and having a ROAS of 3x or having an ROI of 5x means 200k delta that a specialised agency can offer. Plus, the time saved by the client can be allocated on what matters the most. Moreover internalising skills is a trend that many brands are dismissing after having issues such as: - Higher costs - HR management ( resignations and then ?) - No benchmarks on other cases - Product Upskilling .
