Experienced C-level Executive, 30 years career in human capital and general management, both private and public contexts.

The last 10 years in central Government and Public missions, lately as Government Director General of Italian Territorial Cohesion Agency, working to implement a new Agency execution model oriented to a more effective use of domestic and EU_PNRR-Recovery Plan funds and to innovative measures to support territories.

Prior I was in charge as Director General at GSSI_Gran Sasso Science Institute, managing the first ministerial and international audit to certify the Institute after the 3 yrs start_up phase and strengthening Institute financial balance; as Government Director General post 2009 earthquake reconstruction and as Government Commissioner Advisor post 2016 earthquake recostruction, designing and implementing the new local Government agencies organization model post emergency and directly managing teams ( during post 2009 experience) and process robustness to implement private and public reconstruction models and related financial monitoring.

Prior to join the central Government assignments, I spent 20 years as Human Resources and Organization Director in private manufacturing and service companies, both domestic (including large familiy companies) and multinational ones, working at country and international level on general management, organizational and talent development, digital transformation and communication, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and process effectiveness, post crisis management and sustainable growth in different business: pharmaceutical, air transport land side and air side, automotive components, metalworker_manufacturing, publishing and consulting.

During these experiences I developed capability to work in both multinational-matrix environments and Government/Public work contexts, contributing to a managerial healthy cross fertilization between different experiences.
