My working experience can be divided into 3 main chapters: marketing (10 years), digital marketing & communication (12 years), digital & eCommerce (6 years).
After 3 years in the toys field, I had a long and exciting journey at L'Oréal Italia, covering different challenging roles and focusing my attention of the last years in digital fields like digital media, digital marketing, CRM, digital advocacy. The last challenge in L'Oréal has been the responsibility of eCommerce in the Luxe Division. This Role has given me the opportunity to discover the amazing universe of online sales, especially in a period when eCommerce was exploding in Italy.
After 23 years in L'Oréal, I started a new extraordinary adventure at an exciting company, Decathlon Italia, as Head of Digital, focusing my efforts on the development of the Online Business. My scope covers different topics: online commerce, mobile App, Marketplace, Traffic Acquisition, CX, CRM & Loyalty, eCom Operations, Customer Care.
