STANDARD and TAILOR-MADE DIE-HEAD PROJECTS
Renowned as a leading pipe head manufacturer for Polyolefin and PVC pipes, Tecnomatic offers a brand new pipe heads generation characterized by three different design solutions: helical spiral, radial spiral and a hybrid system (helical + radial).

Along with the production of PO pipe heads, Tecnomatic offers the specific series to accomplish the requirement of the PVC pipe manufacturer.

EXTRUDERS
All our models are inspired by the passion for extrusion and technology, which produce a wide range of extruders designed to fulfill the requirements of the pipe manufacturer, assuring high productivity and good melt homogeneity with particular care for energy and noise reduction.

CALIBRATION VACUUM TANKS and COOLING TANKS and CALIBRATION SLEEVES
The performance of an extrusion line gains definite advantages from the suitable design and correct use of tanks and calibrators.

Forty years of experience makes the Tecnomatic’s tanks a reliable tool for accurate and quality production. Built out of stainless steel, with one or two vacuum chambers, can be customized to meet the customer’s specification.

Skill and knowledge for sleeves design solutions ensure round pipes with excellent surface and lower overweight.
