• I have covered the roles of Managing Director, Senior Partner and Regional and Industry Leader. I have proven to be able to develop new business, from initial stage of opportunity identification, business plan development and execution. This has included applying for new licenses, launching new services and products, operational improvement of organizations, cost reduction and technology implementations. In more than ten cases I have developed new business in various geographies, including starting up new offices from zero and hiring and building up teams in Italy, Greece, Middle East.

• Selected projects I have led include: License bid and launch of TIM operations in Greece, Brazil; Launch of alternative carriers in Italy and others geographies, Launch of first iPhone services in Middle East in UAE; End2End telecom services development with Huawei in Oman; Launch of digital and media smart city in UAE; eGovernment projects in UAE and other countries

• I have developed a network of BoD/CEO/CXO level relationships in the regions I have operated. I have also been active in participating to PR activities, industry events and contributing with publications and articles.
