Since February 2023, I have the additional role of CEO of Net Studio SpA: the cybersecurity “centre of excellence” of Indra Group in Italy.
Indra Group is one of the main global consulting and technology companies (more than 4 BM€ of revenues and 55.000 employees in 146 countries).
Indra Italia has more than 3000 employess and 250 M€ of revenues. Office in Milan, Florence, Rome, Napoli, Matera, Bari, Cagliari, Potenza.
- My General Management skills -
A solid experience across the main general management aspects of a global business and system integrator. Starting from the pre-sales and sales processes (where I lead the specific action plan), during the delivery phase, working together with the Delivery Lead of the project, I push to create a culture with broader communication and more transparency across job functions trying to guarantee a concerted effort toward a common goal. In every single project, I take calculated risks after conducting an in-depth evaluation of the probabilities associated with the profit and loss outcomes of the decision. I’m able to understand the sense of emergency, analyze the single situation, identify the potential problem and the relative solutions (focus on both short and long term vision). My “Results” corresponds to a rich portfolio of impactful and tangible business references that focus on multi-year managed services contract or single digital solutions (References available upon request).
