My responsibilities include overseeing HR, People Ops & Culture, evaluating & building processes, leveraging & customizing digital tools, leading teams, managing investor relations, optimizing user journeys, and managing projects. With a tech affinity since age 7, my second home is digital!

I bring an international mindset, having grown up abroad for 12 years in Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand until I was 18, then moved back to Italy. I enjoy working in global contexts and with international-facing companies.
