What we are looking for

As a member of the Finance team, this individual will report to the Global Consolidated Financial Statement & Reporting Manager and will provide expert advice and support on consolidation area, group chart of account and actual group reporting.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the reporting and consolidation system (Hyperion Financial Management) and supervise the interface between group & the local ERP and the group R&C system;
  • Validate and maintain the HFM consolidation area, group chart of account and actual  reporting;
  • Collaborate in the resolution of the reporting impacts on the group R&C system driven  by the roll-out of the group ERP on new countries, local ERP system and the group centralized procurement processes and fulfillment of the related new group reporting needs;
  • Support the monthly consolidated closure activities in order to deliver timely group P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow and related analysis / variances;
  • Ensure subsidiaries’ on time and accurate reporting submission into the group R&C system by supporting the local accounting departments and by addressing reporting process issues;
  • Analyze countries’ financial statements submitted in the group R&C system in order to deliver accurate and proper economic and financial consolidated reporting;
  • Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual public reporting while partnering with the investor relations department for press releases and results presentations to the financial community
  • Support the Acquisition Accounting activities (Purchase Price Allocation) and ensure the accurate acquisition accounting and related reporting into the group R&C system also in terms of external disclosure;
  • Collaborate with external auditors for the coordination and the execution of the audit activities of Group Consolidated FS and Local Reporting Packages;
  • Support the activities related to ad hoc projects and requests involving the cooperation with the group departments of controlling, tax and investor relations.


 

Education and Qualification:

  • Master Degree in Economics or Finance
  • 2-3 years of experience in major audit firms or multinational companies 
  • Accounting knowledge (IFRS)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management system (HFM) is preferrable but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Responsive and customer focus with a proactive approach
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to work with confidential information
