We are looking for a Training & Medical Surveillance Specialist - Maternity Leave based in Milan.

The Training & Medical Surveillance specialist is a role who guarantees a proper management of mandatory H&S training within the Italian Valentino’s framework.

He/She operates as a focus point of an internal/external network of client/supplier in order to have control and awareness of the specific situation of these two mandatory requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Mandatory Health and Safety Training

• Operates as focus contact for external providers of mandatory training
• Organizes training session based on the training needs in strict contact with H&S organization
• Maintains internal contacts with the HR Business partners of the Group for the matter
• Develop and keeps company database updated
• Maintains internal contacts with Valentino’s Accademia
• Prepares periodic reports on the matter
  
  

Medical Surveillance

• Operates as focus contact for external providers of medical surveillance
• Organizes medical surveillance sessions based on the needs in strict contact with H&S organization
• Maintains internal contacts with the HR Business partners of the Group for the matter
• Develop and keeps company database updated
• Prepares periodic reports on the matter
  
  

Support to the H&S Director

• Operates a management support to the H&S Director for special needs and project (i.e. testing session for covid management).
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in training, preferably in Health & Safety
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactivity
