Visa and Passport Specialist

Purpose Of The Position

As Visa and Passport Specialist you will join our Services and Travel Management Department in the Corporate Staff, conducting the following activities:

Activities

The specialist we are looking for will have deal with the management of the procedures and documentation for requesting visas for expatriation for travel/work reasons, relations with the Consulates, legalization of documents at Municipalities, Prefectures, Prosecutor's Offices and issuing new passports , also through the use of specific tools.

Qualification

The search is aimed at people with proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing visas and passports for large corporate groups and who have worked in visa and passport agencies or travel agencies with a focus on the specific activity.

It Skills

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:

Excellent knowledge of the English language and the Office365 package is essential.

Expertise in the field of seaman personnel management and previous experience in coordinating a team are appreciated.

Predisposition for collaboration, flexibility and ability to interface internally and externally and orientation towards the internal customer complete the profile.
