We're #hiring Sigma Cement Project is seeking an experienced (Inspection Technician) to contribute to the efficiency and reliability of industrial equipment. This role involves performing detailed inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Key Responsibilities:  Inspection and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive inspections of machinery using vibration-reading devices to analyze data and detect potential issues.  Alignment and Fault Diagnosis: Utilize alignment tools to correct equipment faults and ensure smooth operations.  Temperature Monitoring: Operate temperature reading devices and thermography cameras to manage and monitor equipment temperatures.  Lubrication Management: Apply lubrication practices, manage lubricant types, and adhere to lubrication programs and schedules.  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities, and prepare detailed reports on equipment conditions and findings. Qualifications:  Experience: 5+ years in maintenance, with at least 2 years in an inspection role.  Technical Skills: o Proficiency in using vibration and alignment devices. o Experience with temperature reading tools and thermography cameras. o Knowledge of lubrication practices and programs.  Computer Skills: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office applications.  Language Proficiency: Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking). We're #hiring Al Moasron Group is currently seeking a “Network Administration and security specialist”. Job description: ·        Install, configure and maintain network hardware, software. ·        Monitor network performance to ensure optimal network uptime and troubleshoot network problems when they occur. ·        Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as data backups and system upgrades. ·        Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures. ·        Monitor network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats. ·        Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize network downtime. ·        Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's network infrastructure. ·        Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in network technology and recommend upgrades to keep pace with changing requirements. ·        Provide technical support to end-users and assist with network-related issues. ·        Extensive knowledge of firewall administration. ·        Extensive knowledge of switching and routing commands (Cisco preferred). ·        Extensive history of documented troubleshooting skills relating to desktops, servers, network, and firewalls. ·        Experience troubleshooting and maintaining of cabling. ·        Follow-up and attention to detail with great customer service skills. ·        Professional, responsible attitude and work independently. ·        Extensive written documentation (processes, user guides). ·        Strong verbal and written communication skills. ·        Ability to work with remote, matrixed teams. ·        Ability to work effectively in a team, and with clients. Qualification and Job Specification: ·        Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Networks - Network Engineer - IT – MIS or any related field. . We're #hiring Al Moasron Group is currently seeking an experienced ”Operations Manager”   Key Responsibilities: 1- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize production efficiency, meet business objectives, and drive growth. 2-- Manage the production process of ready-mix concrete, from batching to delivery, ensuring consistency in product quality and adherence to project specifications. 3-Coordinate raw material procurement, inventory management, and logistics to maintain continuous production and on-time delivery. 4- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment used in concrete production to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency. 5- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product quality standards and regulatory requirements. 6- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets. 7- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, understand customer requirements, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 8- Supervise and lead a team of production staff, drivers, and maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. 9- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.     Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the ready-mix concrete or similar manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and make strategic decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred. - Certification in health, safety, and environmental management is a plus.   If you are interested kindly send your Resume to ( [email protected] ).
