الامانة تعقد ندوة " إدارة المشاريع ومستقبلها في المؤسسات " مندوباً عن أمين عمان رعى مدير المدينه المهندس احمد الملكاوي ، اليوم الاربعاء ، ندوة " إدارة المشاريع ومستقبلها في المؤسسات " ونظمتها وحدة إدارة المشاريع في أمانة عمان وبالتعاون مع جمعية إدارة المشاريع الاردنية ( PMI Jo ) . وقالت مديرة وحدة إدارة المشاريع في أمانة عمان المهندسة فاتن أبو غيداء ان إنعقاد الندوة ياتي انطلاقا من أهمية إدارة المشاريع في دعم الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسات ، وحرصاً من الأمانة لمواكبة التطورات العلمية والعالمية في هذا المجال بما يخدم زيادة الوعي وتبادل المعارف من الخبراء والمختصين على مستوى الوطن العربي . واضافت أن تنظيم الندوة مؤشر على اهتمام امانة عمان في ادارة المشاريع ومستويات تطورها وتطبيقها في المؤسسات ، لافته ان أمانه عمان من المؤسسات الرائدة في تأسيس مكاتب إدارة المشاريع وإدراجها ضمن هيكلها التنظيمي . واشارت رئيسة جمعية إدارة المشاريع الاردنية ( PMI Jo ) ديالا العلمي إلى ريادة أمانة عمان في مجال إدارة المشاريع بحصدها خلال السنين الماضية العديد من الجوائز للمشاريع القيمة مثل ، UNESCO Golbal ، و BLOOMBERg Philanthropy ، فضلاً عن كونها سباقة في إطلاق المشاريع المؤثرة التي تُحدث فرقًا ملموسًا في الحياة اليومية. واعربت عن فخر الجمعية بشراكتها مع أمانة عمان في المشاريع المتميزة التي تنفذها لدعم التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق الرؤية المستقبلية للمدينة . وتستهدف الندوة مدراء المشاريع والدوائر في أمانة عمان والمدراء التنفيذيين ونواب القطاعات ، وعدد من أعضاء جمعية إدارة المشاريع الاردنية ( PMI Jo ) .

تعلن أمانة عمان الكبرى /مديرية الاستثمار وسلسلة التزويد/ دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات عن إعادة طرح المزاودة التالية: - مزاودة بيع اطارات كاوتشوك مختلفة (تالفة)/ اعادة طرح . على الراغبين الاشتراك في هذه العطاءات مراعاة مايلي: 1. يتم الحصول على وثائق العطاء من المبنى الرئيسي لأمانة عمان الكبرى/ الطابق الثاني / دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات شريطة إبراز مؤهلات المناقص والسجل التجاري ورخصة المهن سارية المفعول حسب ما هو وارد أعلاه. 2. يتم بيع وثائق العطاء بقيمة غير مستردة لمندوب الشركة بموجب تفويض رسمي صادر عن الشركة. 3. تودع العروض في صندوق المناقصات في دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات المبنى الرئيسي لأمانة عمان الكبرى/ الطابق الثاني في موعد أقصاه تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهر اليوم المشار إليه بأعـلاه ما عدا المزاودة في تمام الساعة الحادية عشرة من صباح اليوم المشار إليه ولا يقبل أي عرض بعد هذا التوقيت. 4. يرفق مع الـعرض كفالـة دخـول العطـاء بالقيمة المشار إليها أعلاه، وتوضع في مغلف منفصل.وفي حال تقديم شيك بنكي يجب ان يكون مصدقاً وصادر باسم المناقص المتقدم للعطاء او باسم المالك / الاسم التجاري و يذكر اسم ورقم العطاء على الشيك بشكل واضح موجهاً لأمين عمان بالاضافة الى وظيفته . 5. تكون مدة كفالة الدخول وصلاحية العروض للمناقصات اعلاه (90) تسعون يوما من تاريخ اخر موعد لايداع العروض مالم يرد غير ذلك في وثيقة العطاء . 6. على المناقص أن يقدم النسخة الأصلية من وثائق العطاء مختومة بما فيها جداول الكميات مسعرة وموقعه من قبله و صورة مختومة عنها ، ولن ينظر في العروض التي تتضمن أية شروط أو تحفظات مخالفة لشروط دعوة العطاء. 7. من مسؤولية المناقص الاطلاع على نماذج عقود العطاءات المختلفة (عقد التوريد –عقد المقاولة الموحد بأجزاءه الثلاثة–عقد المقاولة الموجز- عقد الخدمات الهندسية) الموجودة على موقع دائرة العطاءات gamtenders.gov.jo وتعتبر هذه العقود جزء لايتجزء من وثائق العطاء كل حسب نوعه ،وكذلك نظام المشتريات الحكومية رقم 8 لسنة 2022 والتعليمات الصادرة بموجبه. 8. يمكن الاطلاع على وثيقة المناقصات اعلاه على موقع دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات/ أمانة عمان الكبرى على شبكة الانترنت ‏www.gamtenders.gov.jo‏ وفي حال الرغبة بالمشاركة يتم الحصول على الوثائق حسب النقطة (1) اعلاه . 9. يحق لصاحب العمل و/أو لجنة الشراء إلغاء العطاء دون إبداء الأسباب، ودون أن يترتب على هذا الإلغاء أية مطالبات مالية وقانونية. 10. تحصل الشركات المشترية للعطاءات المعاد طرحهاعلى النسخ مجانا خلال فترة البيع. 11. يتم قبول الاستفسارات على هاتف أمانة عمان الكبرى (117180)أو (102) فرعـــــــي (2207/2480) وعلى الفاكســــــــات رقم (4621086 / 4621028) وعلى البريد الالكتروني [email protected] لعناية مدير دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات. 12. على الشركات الراغبة بحضور فتح العروض الحضور إلى المبنى الرئيسي لأمانة عمان الكبرى/ الطابق الثاني / دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات في الموعد المحدد لايداع العروض .13. على المناقص متابعة موقع دائرة العطاءات والمشتريات/ أمانة عمان الكبرى على شبكة الانترنت www.gamtenders.gov.jo للاطلاع على اي مستجدات او ملاحق تتعلق بالمناقصات المنشورة اعلاه
