Your Impact
The Strategic Client Partner plays a critical role in driving client success by managing relationships, developing strategic advertising plans, and ensuring the effective execution of campaigns. This role involves deep industry knowledge, strategic client planning, and proactive client engagement to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, needs, and challenges
    • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute advertising campaigns aligned with their objectives, target audience, and market trends
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, keeping their campaigns competitive and effective
    • Client prospecting and outreach to drive New Business opportunities
    • Identify and propose upsell opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle to maximize revenue
    • Develop and implement client retention and growth strategies through comprehensive YOY analysis and proactive engagement
    • Tailor custom offerings and RFPs/RFIs  to meet specific buyer needs
    • Drive renewals and incremental revenue by highlighting key campaign achievements and optimizing offerings.
    • Act as the quarterback, coordinating between Sales, DSP Commercial, Partnerships and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
    • Develop materials and presentations for C-Level decision-makers to deepen and expand partnerships

About You

    • Data-Driven: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market data.
    • Agency Experience (Plus): Previous experience in an agency setting and valuable connections are highly advantageous.
