Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance of current database customers by providing exceptional guest service. Maintain and cultivate relationships, increase trip frequency, and guest loyalty or premium players. Ensure customer retention and repeat business through telemarketing, written correspondence, direct contact, and participation in off- and off-site events.

  • Develop/Maintain a base of assigned players and ensure each receives personal attention and quality service, in accordance with the company’s established strategies and guidelines
  • Recruit/Maintain high-level players through a variety of activities including, but not limited to; direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation, and on/off-site events.
  • Continuously develop and sustain personalized relationships with guests, with focus on premium players.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries or concerns in a calm, prompt, and courteous manner.
  • Issue complimentary services consistent with company and department policies.
  • Participate in player development and marketing activities and events to ensure development of one-on-one relationships and to cultivate guest loyalty.
  • Represent the company at both on- and off-site events, generating new and maintaining current guest relationships.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Three years experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent oral and written skills, leadership skills, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible in work schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and player tracking systems. Salesforce experience a plus
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
