In celebration of Mental and Physical Health Awareness Month, seven members of AAM’s Detroit-based Young Professionals Associate Resource Group (YPARG) recently took a bike ride around Belle Isle. After an hour and nearly 10 miles of cycling, the group enjoyed a team dinner at a local restaurant to cap off the evening.

#TeamAAM at our Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility (TRMF) in Michigan recently volunteered with the St. Joseph County Commission on Aging (COA). Associates from TRMF’s quality team assisted in washing and waxing the trucks used for the county’s Meals on Wheels program, which delivers nutritious meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

#TeamAAM from our Bluffton Manufacturing Facility (BLMF) in Indiana recently hosted their Annual Associate Family Picnic to celebrate and thank the team for their hard work. Associates and their families came together for a day featuring a variety of fun activities, including carnival games, face painting, water balloons, tie-dye stations and a raffle. Food trucks and a mobile arcade were also onsite for everyone to enjoy!

Congratulations to our Subiaco Manufacturing Facility (SAMF) in Arkansas for earning an Award of Distinction in the Automotive Engine Category of the 2024 Powder Metallurgy (PM) Design Excellence Awards competition! SAMF earned the award for their camshaft position sensor exciter wheel used in full-size pickup trucks and SUVs. The award highlighted SAMF’s production methods, superior material utilization and recyclability compared to traditional methods.
