Our Taipei office just marked 30 years in the city with a brand-new look. Major upgrades to our pantry, meeting rooms and welcome area make it a great place to work and visit — just ask our teams. Look closely, and you'll see Bloomberg's Chinese name (彭博) on display in beautiful calligraphy. The name was created when we arrived to do business in Taipei 30 years ago — a regulatory requirement — but it's still used across all Chinese-speaking markets to this day.
