Nihon Denji Sokki has just penned an agreement with an engineering consulting service with extensive experience in designing and equipping factories. This agreement will greatly expand our ability to offer our clients worldwide a full range of customized magnet fabrication solutions. NDT Solutions:  Eddy Current Testing   Nihon Denji Sokki can offer steel producers a full range of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques that we can integrate into their processes to provide a total solution customized for their use case.   One of these techniques, Eddy Current Testing, was developed in France by Professor Leon Foucault for industrial applications in 1933. His technique uses an energized coil placed in proximity to a piece of non-ferromagnetic tubing to drive eddy currents on the surface allowing an NDT technician to check for cracks. The technique is very sensitive when checking for pits associated with corrosion.   The system shown below is designed for round bars, pipe, or steel bars with diameters from 40 to 200 mm.
