    【Takasago International様 来社いただきました!】 少し遅れての投稿になりますが、先日担当させていただいているTakasago International様が来社されました! 日本最大の香科メーカーであるTakasago様は私達が日々摂取している飲料や生活消耗品などに関わるフレーバー、フレグランス、アロマイングリディエンルツ、ファインケミカルなどのプロフェッショナル、トップ企業様です。 世界28カ国に拠点を持つグローバル企業でもあり、今回はシンガポールやドイツ出身の社員様も一緒に来てくださいました。 皆さまとお話しする中で仕事への熱量や会社・事業に対する愛情がひしひし伝わってきました。 特に米田様は自社で開かれている展覧会のはがきをサッと出してくださり、手荷物に持ち歩いている姿からも社愛を感じました。 「パリと香水展」にぜひ足を運んでみてください。 すでにパリオリンピックからパリが恋しい方もいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか?私も来月あたりに行こうと思っています。 長年勤務されている方も多く、入社1社目で「好きだな」と思える会社に出会えたことがとても羨ましく感じました。転職ありきのLinkedIn事業ですが、プロパー社員の方々への尊敬と憧れはきっとこの先もずっと続いていくものだと思います。 オフィスでの服装についての話題になったのですが、ポロシャツとカーキーパンツスタイルがOKという話が頭に残っていたのか、次の日の出社コーデは見事にポロシャツとカーキーパンツだったのはここだけの話。笑 まとまりのない投稿ですが、ここでは書ききれないほど楽しい会話をさせていただきました!暑い中、お越しいただきありがとうございました!

    Takasago has been selected as one of the Asia-Pacific Climate Leaders for two years in a row! Takasago was among one of the 350 companies in the Asia-Pacific Climate Leaders 2024, surveyed by Financial Times (UK) and Statista (DE). This study is based on the extent to which greenhouse gas emissions were reduced relative to sales from 2017 to 2022, and also takes into account indicators such as Scope 3 (*1) transparency, CDP (*2) score and the SBT initiative (*3). Climate change is one of the most important social issues globally. Takasago continues to focusing on climate change-related issues. *1 Scope 3: This refers to indirect corporate greenhouse gas emissions from activities throughout the supply chain, other than direct activities and energy use (Scope 1 and 2). Specifically, it includes emissions from raw material production and transport, as well as employee commuting and business trips. We have undergone third-party verification, including Scope 3 calculations. *2 CDP: An international non-profit organization based in the UK. It provides an international platform to promote the disclosure of information on greenhouse gas emissions and environmental initiatives by companies and cities. We have also responded to the survey since 2012 and have published our scores. *3 SBT initiative: Stands for Science Based Targets Initiative, an international organization that helps companies set greenhouse gas reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement goals.

    🌿 Takasago's US and French creative teams recently embarked on an inspiring journey through the aromatic region of Provence, France. This expedition offered our team a unique opportunity to explore fragrant landscapes, design trends, and immersive experiences to inspire perfumery. 🌿 In rustic Provence, we meandered through fields of fresh Lavandin Grosso. We visited with our partners at The Agricultural Cooperative Society of Perfume Plants (Cooperative SCA3P), a local growers cooperative, known for cultivating the world’s finest Lavandin. Takasago’s Cooperative SCA3P partnership exemplifies our long-term commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcing. Walking through the fields and visiting the distilleries, we witnessed firsthand our "farm to fragrance" initiative. 🌿 The sights and smells of the gorgeous Lavandin fields will forever inspire us.
