Running machine export/import business for over a decade, customers has started to ask us if we carry any used factory machines as well as used construction equipment. We have researched the market overseas and suppliers here in Japan and decided to enter this used machine business. My company is contacting various suppliers of machine and construction equipment in the region of midland Japan and contracted with them for the supply.

There are plenty of Japanese food manufacturers that have unique and natural food item but, do not have enough experience for exporting them.
Overseas Trading Support Inc. has launched the project that helps those manufacturers exporting their food.

We import Italian made stone & tile splitting tools for Japanese civil engineering industry. The manually operated stone & tile splitters can be transported to the work site and split the material. There is no electricity or fuel needed. We have various types of various materials.

Through the local bureau offices in Shizuoka pref., I give advise and consulting for the small & medium sized companies in Japan and overseas to explore the market in South East Asia, North America and EU.

As a director of the company, I manage the company and export the stone working machines to the customers in EU and US.
From counter top to monument, using 9 polishing wheels and changing them in full automatic motion, this three axle robot can polish the stone(granite or marble) up to 120 in gloss checker.

As a subsidiary of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Jetro(Japan External Trade Organization) offers a hand on export support service for small and medium-sized Japanese companies. I was one of the specialists on the export of food/beverage and machinery products and was appointed to support for five of the companies in Japan. Two of them doubled their export sales within one year of my service.

For automobile body shops in Japan, we import computer operated paint mixing scales. Most of vehicles color data from major motor vehicle manufacturers is stored in the computer for precise color mixing selection.

This 95% pure edible gold flake is suited for high end food decoration. It weighs 0.005g per sachet and it covers 4 to 5 dishes. Use tweezers to pick the flake and put it on the food.
We have started to export this gilt from March, 2014.

We have launched the project "MatchaMagic" in Japan. It is an energy drink that we import from Germany. MatchaMagic has Japanese made organic Matcha powder as one of major ingredients and it comes from our region. We export this organic Matcha to our customer and they make MatchaMagic energy drink. My company has sole distributorship in Asia.
We now will expand our sales to S.E. Asian market.

We exported eel Kabayaki for the Japanese restaurant overseas. We also have Japanese rice ball with a piece of Kabayaki and collagen powder.

I have coordinated the development and manufacturing of audio video product for EU and US market.
-finding OEM manufacturer
-negotiating the specification, price and delivery of the product
-contracting them to manufacture the product
-shipping the product to EU and US market

There are nearly 20,000 islands in Indonesia and many of them did not have electricity. I, as a staff of Japanese international trading firm, after winning a bid for Japanese ODA project, have coordinated the installation of diesel generators in rural islands of Indonesia. We installed and made the 1 mega watt generators operational at over ten islands to help supply the electricity there.

Approx. 10 inch diameter power cables have been installed on the bottom of Bali Strait between Java and Bali islands which is 3 miles wide. I have acted as a project coordinator for manufacturer, cable laying contractor and a client, PLN.

I have coordinated the installation project of communication towers at Baiji, Haditha and Baghdad areas in Iraq. The towers are for monitoring and protecting the oil pipelines in Iraq against sabotage.

I worked as a project coordinator for ten of Iranian government owned off-shore oil rigs repainting project. I have administered the supply and logistic of materials, scheduling the workers and planning the project schedule.

I was a project coordinator in a Japanese company for this 7 year long project. I stayed in Mina-Ahmadhi, Kuwait for two years. I have coordinated and managed the subsidiary company workers from Philippines, S.Korea and China. I also worked as a project administrator handling the administration of Japanese workers.
