🌟 Day 3 at the #EdtechConference2024 by Mastercard Foundation was a remarkable day with the highlight undoubtedly being the #MinisterialForum, where we had the unique opportunity to meet and connect with ministers from across Africa. 🌍 Engaging and listening to these leaders provided profound insights into the future of education and technology on our continent, which align closely with our mission at #Recess. From recommendations such as a push for governments to establish strategic private-public partnerships that support responsive, evidence-based policy and make access to digital content affordable for all to recommendations for governments to ensure standardized (clear and timely) guidelines and approval processes for educational content, EdTech tools, and institutional licenses to foster innovation and encourage investment, this event was quite timely and we are inspired and excited about the future of education in Africa and how #Recess can contribute to this transformative journey.
