    As a sustainability consultant at Coop, I worked closely together with the head of sustainability to collect the data for the sustainability reports for 2021 and 2022. This entailed managing the contact with store managers across Sweden to support them with data collection of environmental and social KPIs. These numbers were reported in the sustainability software Position Green which I managed and used to produce the final tables and figures. In addition to data collection and management, I conducted proof-reading and other supportive functions relevant to the production of the report.

    When not working on the sustainability report (October - March) I was responsible for producing meeting material, analyzing trends in the market of different products, and supporting the full-time sustainability team with their supply-chain management.
