Here's how you can overcome the potential challenges of internships.
In my experience of providing internship management services to organisation's, it is important for an organisation to firstly provide structured internship programs. This enables the organisation and intern to identify potential challenges an intern may face, especially if the intern is new to the workplace environment. Secondly it is important to for the intern to have clarity, of what they need achieve from the internship. Consequently the intern is able to identify possible solutions for their challenges. The above can only be achieved by the organisation and the intern, if both have the right mindset of making internships work. #letsmakeinternshipswork for your company.

Here's how you can bounce back from a career failure and regain self-confidence.
I believe the challenges an individual faces may render an individual out of work & on the other hands challenges provide a foundation for discovery of new opportunities. As well as understand how they can use their competencies in other sectors. This can only be achieved by flipping the coin and focus on lessons learnt but not the failure, as well as gain resilience and agility to change. I do not believe in career failure but career detours. This is because an individual's first college/ diploma education or apprentice opportunity, provides a foundation to a long journey. Sometimes the route may be a clear straight path, meander, dead end, dark tunnel etc. What matters, how to travel each route, when & where to detour with whom & what.
