This is crucial. Seek clarification from your audience and if possible, take notes. This demonstrates that you are genuinely interested in what they are saying. As a result your audience will reciprocate and listen to you.

How can you communicate with clarity and confidence during high-pressure situations?

How can you communicate with clarity and confidence during high-pressure situations?
In such situations, I recognize that people are anxious, uncertain and possibly angry. I recognize that at this point people are mainly interetsted in a solution. I will begin by acknowledging their emotions and assuring them that I and other leaders are working towards a solution. Secondly, I will highlight the steps that have been taken so far to solve the problem. Finally, I will request for their patience and guarantee that I will keep them posted at every point.
