Josephine has led an impressive career as a Communications professional within her 7 years working in corporate and development organizations.

Currently serving as the Communications and Learning Co-ordinator in the USAID-Funded Livestock Market Systems Activity Program and Adaptation Services for Action and Learning Program in Mercy Corps, Josephine plays a major role in Communications strategy planning and implementation, reporting and documentation of success stories.

Prior to her current role, Josephine worked as a Communications and Learning Co-ordinator under the Google.org-Funded Mercy Corps Youth Impact Labs supporting all communications functions. Through her commitment to this role, she helped the program; improve its online visibility, develop audio-visual content and effectively co-ordinate learning events. Josephine previously worked as a Digital Media Assistant at GrowthAfrica, a business accelerator, where she was involved in social media content development and management, blog writing, brand management, interviewing and photography.

Josephine is passionate about inspiring young people to posses an attitude of possibility and learning in all spheres of life. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, hiking, photography, reading inspirational books, sharing life-changing stories and teaching God's Word to people of all ages.
