In collaboration with the relevant Functional Teams and Clients leadership, participates in the development, improvement, roll-out, and implementation of strategic operations and administrative policies and procedures (including but not limited to safety and security, safeguarding, risk management) in all client branches.

1. In collaboration with the relevant Functional Teams and Clients leadership, participates in the development, improvement, roll-out, and implementation of strategic operations and administrative policies and procedures (including but not limited to safety and security, safeguarding, risk management) in all client branches.
2. Monitor compliance to operational, safety, or inventory control procedures, including physical security standards
3. Perform client basic risk assessment to identify basic significant risks or exposure related to internal controls or compliance. Develop quarterly risk-based Loss control plan and advise the client on implementation.
4. Perform or direct inventory investigations in response to shrink results outside of acceptable ranges
5. Investigate or interview individuals suspected of shoplifting or internal theft.
6. Train loss prevention staff, area managers, retail managers, or store employees on loss control and prevention measures.
7. Analyze retail data to identify current or emerging trends in theft or fraud and Analyze forecasting data to improve business decisions.
8. Advise retail managers on compliance with applicable codes, laws, regulations, or standards.
9. Ensure branches comply with safety,security, loss control and risk management standards.

PEOPLE
1. Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity in the areas of information flow, business processes, enhanced management reporting.
2. Ensure thorough operations onboarding of new staff per set schedule.
3. Provide supervision to all regional teams and all loss control staff
4. Identifying the developmental needs of loss control staff and advising management on development of learning content to meet those needs.
5. Coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping all loss control teams to improve their knowledge or skills.
6. Conducting appraisals and performance reviews to all regional/area managers. Show less
