What do you do if your self-confidence is lacking before a presentation?
Break the ice with your audience and look for friendly faces in the room to reassure your message is being received . Above dressing comfortable, I always have the mentality that I have the information they need and the worst they can say is a no .

What do you do if a client or customer is unhappy with your service?
Offering solutions is working with the client to a solution that solves the initial dissatisfaction and building the relationship. Ask clarifying questions, understand the problem and what they think would work best for them, being open to a solution that meets the needs of both parties, settling clear expectations as to what the client can expect moving forward and taking action promptly. Thereafter, a follow up to align on their satisfaction.

You’re going to a job interview. What are the most common mistakes you should avoid?
Confidence is also as important. Be sure not to come off as arrogant but projecting self assurance while still being humble and receptive to feedback . Failing to ask thoughtful questions about the company , the role, the team and the strategy and goals. Know what is expected, the culture and the level of growth so far in the team. Being negative about past experiences. Have fun , be yourself and mirror the interviewer . Your job shall always find you through the people.

This can sometimes be inevitable depending on the project needs, however taking regular breaks can help with productivity and focus. Prioritise and delegate tasks to teammates, set boundaries on work and personal time activities, professional development to increase efficiency in handling tasks and celebrate small achievements to stay positive and motivated.
